The ODIS Defence Business Readiness Tool (DBRT) is a platform used by our Industry Engagement Team to assess the Defence Readiness of Australian Small and Medium Enterprises. The DBRT is the first step in the journey to becoming a supplier to Defence.

To use this secure tool you must have an account. You can either sign in with an existing account or create a new one. You will need to provide your Australian Business Number (ABN) when registering your account.

Once registered and signed in, you can begin an assessment. This assessment is a series of 21 questions that tell us:

  • Where your business is at in its journey to becoming a supplier to Defence,
  • What capability gaps your business might have, and
  • How ODIS can help your business from here.
